Fashionablecarry is not responsible for shipment delays or delivery issues where packages leave our warehouse and are held by the courier.

Please note that due to recent safety measures and unprecedented times, couriers no longer require a signature on delivery.

Fashionablecarry is not responsible for losses if a package is marked as delivered by a courier based on tracking information and cannot be retrieved at the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund until the courier confirms that the order has been delivered to the correct address. We recommend contacting the courier to continue resolving the matter.

We are committed to ensuring that our customers’ orders are completed thoroughly and without delay. However, please note that due to order volume, postal mishandling and technical glitches, order arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and some holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed and shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking number. We currently only offer scheduled shipping. Shipping times and courier services may vary depending on where your item is being shipped.

Please note that all our packages come with a signature requirement. Please provide an address where the recipient can sign for the package. If no one is available during delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Duties and International Fees:

Applicable customs or import duties are usually charged when the package reaches the destination country. Additionally, the recipient must pay shipping costs (also applies to retail and wholesale customers). These fees will be paid to your local operator or government. These fees are not implemented or collected by Fashionablecarry and are not refundable. Fashionablecarry has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or confirm costs as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs for fee information before placing your order to avoid unforeseen fees.

Europe/International/Australia: We ship packages DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) and import duties may apply. We are not aware of these charges and our customers will be responsible for these charges prior to receipt of the order if contacted through our shipper. Please contact your local customs office for more details on these fees.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately! We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times; therefore, there is a small window of time to correct/change your order address and we cannot guarantee changes. If a package is incorrectly addressed, the courier may not accept the address change. If a package is returned and the buyer requests the package be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Order cancellation/modification:

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to make changes; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the time limits within which we can do so vary. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return it to us after receiving it.

Please note that if you create a Fashionablecarry account after placing an order, the order will not appear in your dashboard. We also cannot link orders to new accounts. Therefore, only orders placed using a Fashionablecarry account will appear in your account. If you order as a guest, you will still receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
