We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Final Sale: All clearance or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items eligible for return or exchange must meet the following criteria:
Includes all original tags, packaging and components with return or exchange.
Comes with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).


The credit for your returned merchandise will be refunded to your account using the same payment method used to purchase the merchandise; the credit should appear on your statement below. Once the return process is complete, you should receive a confirmation email.

All returns/exchanges on all online orders must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.


Let’s say you only want to deal with swapping. In this case we advise our customers to place a new order and return the original order as we cannot guarantee that the item will be available when the exchange is received.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

1. You must contact us first and provide us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and the nearest warehouse address where you can return the item. Package and seal your return properly and when you send your return to us, be sure to clearly indicate your RA number on the package. This will enable us to track your return sent in the original package (if possible) or any other package available.

3. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item at their own expense. We do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package. Please be sure to include a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance when shipping your package as Fashionablecarry is not responsible for any return losses.

Return and exchange restrictions

Sizing issues are not considered a product defect and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from other websites.
If you only want to process an exchange, please contact the Returns Department (see details above – Instructions Step 1) for more information.
We make a one-time price adjustment on full priced items purchased on our Fashionablecarry site within 24 hours of the date of purchase.

Gift card

Gift cards issued by Fashionablecarry can only be redeemed for merchandise on the Fashionablecarry website. Not redeemable for cash (unless required by law, in which case they can only be redeemed with Fashionablecarry). Gift cards and merchandise points are non-refundable, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. The issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen No responsibility is assumed for theft or unauthorized use. Gift card purchases are subject to the exchange and return policy at the point of sale. Use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice.

Please note that gift cards do not include shipping charges on orders under $100/CA, £100, €100 or $200 (for international and Australian orders). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Return or exchange a gift

Gifts may be returned or exchanged if accompanied by the order number or original online order receipt. Only exchanges for items of equal or lesser value can be processed. Credit for returned items will be refunded to the purchaser’s account using the original method of payment. For gift purchases, an order confirmation number is required. Remember to keep a copy or provide it to the person receiving it as a gift.

To verify warranty eligibility, please include the following information in your email:
A copy of your order confirmation/order number;
Attach 2-3 pictures and describe the damaged items.
Full name, current shipping address and phone number.

North American and International Orders: We will email you an electronic shipping label. Once you receive your package, drop off your package at the nearest UPS store in your area – please note that shipping labels expire after 30 days; if not used, the package will have to be sent out at your own expense.
European and UK orders: Our warehouse will contact you to arrange collection via international express.

*Package your return item; we will not require customers to purchase new components (such as a new shipping box or shipping accessories) from the shipping company to ship the item back as we are not responsible for shipping packaging fees. Please try to reuse original shipping materials or other components that are available to you.
